Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale list hilltop home
It’s been a few months since the April finalization of their divorce, but pop star/The Voice coach Gwen Stefani and her ex-husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale, have finally listed their incredible hilltop spread that comes with a 90210 zip code, reports Variety. (The house is technically in Studio City, according to the Los Angeles Times.)
Stefani and Rossdale bought the property back in 2006, paying $13.25 million. Since then, it’s been decorated by designer Kelly Wearstler, a decorator whose known for bold, colorful interiors. (She’s since moved to a more neutral palette, as can be seen in her work on the new Proper hotel line.) Photos of inside the home shown over at Variety are indeed bright and colorful—like the walls of mime-shirt stripes in the kitchen.
The property has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, including the guesthouse. The main house measures nearly 12,000 square feet, and there area also the myriad outdoor amenities: a patio with a wet bar, a tennis court, a chicken coop, and a playground for kids.
The posh property is located in a gated community, and was once owned by superstar Jennifer Lopez.
The off-market listing puts the property’s asking price at an even $35 million.
