Addition of a new 2 story Residential Duplex In a large Residential lot that already has two seperated houses on it. The New Building consists of one unit each floor. Each proposed unit is to have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.This project was done for a developer that works with us often and his success developed by buying certain types of buildings that we help him to Choose. Location and the zone of his buldings are key to his success.
